This safe medical gas relieves anxiety and has a calming, relaxing and pain-easing effect. It also reduces the gag reflex. Because patients lose their sense of time while under nitrous oxide, they experience the appointment as shorter and the treatment as more pleasant overall. An ideal aid for young children who find it hard to cooperate, and for anxious patients.

For some patients, treatment while awake is not possible — because they are very young, because of anxiety, or because of a medical condition. For these patients we offer treatment under outpatient general anesthesia here at the practice. We are supported by an experienced external anesthesia team consisting of an anesthesiologist and a nurse.

General anesthesia is offered exclusively for children and adolescents.

When the living tissue inside the tooth becomes inflamed, we tackle the bacterial colonization under the microscope, using modern canal preparation techniques, effective irrigating solutions and obturation methods. This allows the tooth to be saved and preserved.

Once a certain number of teeth have been lost, chewing can be severely impaired and eating hard foods becomes difficult. With custom-made partial or full dentures, we help you enjoy your food as you once did.

The microscope lets us work with high precision on a millimeter scale. It raises the quality of our work and is particularly valuable in endodontics, cariology and minimally invasive dentistry.

The laser is one of the all-rounders of modern dentistry. In surgery it makes precise work possible, with few complications and pain-free healing. Biostimulation with the laser allows tissue to regenerate quickly after a procedure. In endodontics and periodontics, the laser is used to eliminate bacteria efficiently inside the root canals and on the root surfaces. And for everyday complaints such as mouth ulcers or cold sores, the laser can ease the symptoms and noticeably shorten how long they last.
