Cancellation policy
Booked treatment appointments are generally binding and the agreed time is reserved for the patient. The patient is therefore requested to inform us in advance, but at least 24 hours in advance, if they are unable to attend. Züri Zahni will charge the patient a contribution towards expenses in the event of a late or missing cancellation of an appointment.
